The Guys-February 26th

Okay...so the night started off and I was thinking "Lame" but then it kinda was okay for me at the end...all I need is a "Dawg you worked it out at the end"and  I'd be Randy's clone! :)

I still like the Aussie and the Dreadlocks boy...he has such a 'pinchable' face!  (Am I THAT much older then these guys already?)  I thought David Hernandez did a great job, and I LOVE Danny Noreiga...that boy just cracks me up to no end...what a HUGE and fabulous personality.  I totally got what Paula was saying because you hear his voice and you just know he has the potential to really be great.  Chicheeze(sp) was fun too but there is no question that the 17 year old was the "WOW" of the night.  He does annoy me, he plays the Melinda Doolittle card of "Who me?  Really?" But even more so annoying in my opinion.  But I can admit when someone blows everyone else away and he totally did tonight.  Although, I do remember last season Simon saying that to Lakisha on round 1 last year and then she ended up going downhill from there so you never do know.

By the way...I did not like Simon's shirt tonight...a little too shiny or something....he should just stick to the t-shirts. :)

There is just something about that little kid at the end...good performance, but sounds like a kiddie singing....and seems VERY phony to me...can't figure out what it is...

But overall, BORING night...nothign stood out to me.

I agree about the little guy. Yes, he has an amazing voice, but I'm souring on him a little. (I kinda thought the singing in front of the Season 1 idols was a bit obnoxious). So my insides are going all sorts of directions on him. Still like Aussie, even though some of those notes were off. Jason is adorable, but I want to see him without the guitar. I loved his "I'm not good with interviews" montage. Danny Noriega (known as Jessica Alba in my house)was good. But I would like to see his personality in his singing. He was so funny in his clip, and then he does this grown-up slowish song. But he showed his vocals, which was good. Luke...you CAN'T DO QUEEN! He and the other fellow (the one that has the kid who did the weird dancing) should go home.
