1- David A- I don't care what you sing and how you sing it-I will never like you.
2-Carly- I liked her version of it and felt like she didn't over sing it for once but I agree with the judges. She's holding back somehow.
3- Syesha-I thought it was her best. First time I didn't compare her to anyone (good song choice) but still she just doesn't do it for me.
4- Brooke-I think she needs to go home. She's cute and charming but it's the same old each time.
5- Kristy Lee-I'd like her to go home too but she wasn't that bad.
6-David Cook- my man.....WOW WOW WOW! I completely agree with Paula-that could SO be a movie soundtrack. Looks like I'm buying another one from itunes from him! Truly a talented person with such an ear for music.
7 Jason C- I like his vibe. should he win. nah. Is he good-yeah. Is he sounding more confident-yes and it shows!

Watching Good Morning America this morning, they had a little piece on David Cook. He was so emotional last night b/c his brother, who has brain cancer, was there for the first time. Cost them $80,000 to get him there b/c of all his med equipment. His community helped raise the money and a local radio station paid for the flight tix and hotel. He's my choice for the next American Idol.

It was really good to see Carly so happy last night. She made me want to jump around too!
On a side note, tho, does this group seem less cohesive than past years? I always thought the final 10, and the final 8 or so, were like when you did a play...a tight group that got along and had fun with each other. I'm just not getting that vibe this year.
Yeah-Not that they're at each others throats or anything but yeah I don't think all of them are as tight as they could be. I wonder if it's because some more talented people-like Carly and such-have been in the bottom 3 more so then people who should be. Much more of a popularity contest. Oh-and I love how Carly can poke at Simon and be totally appropriate but then Kristy Lee tries to and it just sounds more rude.
Yeah, really. I laughed when Kristy said, "But that's Simon." And you hear Simon say, "And that's Kristy." !!! Did I tell you that on the Idol website, when Kristy was asked what she would be doing if she didn't make it on Idol, and she said "Try out for America's Next Top Model"? Girl, puh-lease.
